Shravan Month means Fasting season, during Shravan we make many fasting/upvas recipes. Many such farali recipes are for snacks & spicy in spicy, but today our Chef Archana has brought to you a sweet & tasty Upvas recipe.

Farali Puran Poli is made from Rajgira with Mava and Sugar stuffing. This puranpoli is quick & easy to make during Upvas & tastes delicious when served hot with Ghee!

Ingredients:
– 150 gms Amaranth Flour
– Water (as required)
– Ghee (clarified butter)
– 150 gms Khoya/Mava (grated)
– 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
– 1 tbsp Almonds & Pistachios (chopped)
– 3 tbsp Caster Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
– Amaranth Flour
– Ghee (clarified butter)
