फरसबी मटकीची भाजी | Farasbi Matkichi Bhaji | Green Beans & Moth Beans Sabzi In Marathi | Smita Deo

Ingredients:-
½ kg Green beans finely chopped
1 cup of moth beans soaked and sprouted
3 medium onions finely chopped
1 tbsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coconut for garnish

Method:-
1. Heat oil and add the onions and sauté for a minute.
2. Then add turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well.
3. Add matki and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Then add French beans, salt and cover and cook till the beans and the matki are cooked.
5. Garnish with the coconut and serve with chapatis.
Farasbi Matkichi Bhaji is ready to eat!
