मूगा गाठी किंवा मूगाचे गाठी हा गोव्याचा एक पारंपरिक पदार्थ आहे जो सामान्यत: मंदिरांमध्ये दिला जातो आणि पुरी किंवा वाफाळलेल्या भाताबरोबर उत्तम लागतो.

अंकुरलेल्या हिरव्या मूगाचे सेवन मधुमेहाच्या रुग्णांसाठी खूप फायदेशीर आहे. मधुमेहाच्या रुग्णांसाठी ते रामबाण औषधापेक्षा कमी नाही. मधुमेही रुग्णांनी अंकुरलेले हिरवे मूग खाल्ल्यास रक्तातील साखरेची पातळी संतुलित राहण्यास मदत होते.

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 cup Water
10-12 Cashew Nuts (soaked)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Water
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Rice (soaked)
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
1 tsp Tamarind
