आपण सर्वजण हळदीचा एक मसाला म्हणून वापर करतो पण तुम्हाला माहित आहे का, त्याचे लोणचे देखील बनवले जाते. अशीच एक रेसिपी खास आम्ही तुमच्यासाठी घेऊन आलो आहोत. कच्च्या हळदीचं लोणचं खाल्ल्याने बरेच आरोग्यदायी फायदे होतात.
Amba haldi contains curcumin, gingerols, and terpenes, which have anti-inflammatory properties. This can help with joint pain and swelling.
आंबे हळदीमध्ये कर्क्युमिनोइड्स घटक आहेत, जे आपल्या अँटी- इंफ्लेमेटरी गुणधर्मासाठी ओळखले जातात. यामुळे शरीरावरील सूज कमी करणे व त्यापासून होणाऱ्या आजारांची समस्या कमी होण्यास मदत मिळू शकते.

Ingredients:-
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
15-20 Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup Ambe Halad (grated)
1 cup Fresh Turmeric Roots (grated)
¼ cup Ginger (grated)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
2 tbsp Jaggery (chopped)
1½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1½ tbsp Salt
juice of 2 Lemons
¾ cup Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Asafoetida
