Ingedients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 inch Ginger
4-5 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 cup French Beans (chopped)
1/4 cup Capsicum (chopped)
1/4 cup Corn
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Spinach Leaves
2 tbsp Water
8 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp Cornflour
Salt

Method: Let’s start with heating up the Oil in the Pan then add Ginger, Green Chillies (chopped), French Beans (chopped), Capsicum (chopped), Corn.
Next, mix it all together then add Coriander Seeds Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Chaat Masala, Fenugreek Leaves saute for a little.
Next, add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves mix it all again then add Spinach Leaves, Water. Now mix it all together properly then close the lid and let it cook for 1 minute. Then saute for 1 minute and add Salt, now let it cool down.
Next, grind the Mixture properly on medium paste. Now add Potatoes (boiled & mashed) in the plate with grinded mixture, Bread Crumbs, Cornflour, Salt.
Next mix all together, take the portion out in a ball shape and decorate with corns (as shown in the video) then fry the Kebab in hot Oil on medium heat and your Hara Bhara Kebab is ready to serve.
