1 cup Hung Curd
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Cashew Nuts & Almond (chopped)
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Saffron Infused Milk

Ingredients Used For Naralachya Dudhatli Walachi Khichadi :-
2 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 cup Field Beans (soaked, sprouted & peeled)
1 cup Basmati Rice (washed)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Jaggery (brown)
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Ingredients Used For Wanga Batatyachi Bhaji :-
2 tbsp Ghee
4 Onions (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Goda Masala
1 tbsp Jaggery
Salt (as per taste)
½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
2 Potatoes (cut into big pieces)
Water (for sprinkling)
3-4 Brinjal (cut into halves)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Ingredients Used For Batatyachi Bhji –
2 Potatoes (grated)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
3-4 Brinjal (cut into halves)
1½ cups Gram Flour
1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Carom Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
Oil (for frying)

Ingredients Used For Boondi Raita –
400 Gms Curd (whisked)
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
¼ tsp Chaat Masala
¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup Boondi (salted)
