Ingredients –
Water (for boiling)
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup Raw Jackfruit (peeled & chopped)
½ cup Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
4 Star Fruit (sliced)
2 tsp Salt
¼ cup Pickle Masala
2 tsp Sugar
1 Lemon Juice
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
2 Green Chillies
Salt (as per taste)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Jaggery
½ cup Water
½ cup Water
1 cup Rice Flour
Water (as required)
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
½ tsp Baking Soda
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (for greasing)
Oil (for drizzling)
