Ingredients:-
2 Apples, chopped
Water
1 Big Cinnamon stick
Sugar
Juice of half a lemon

Method:-
– In a pan add apple, cinnamon stick and water until the apple pieces are completely submerged.
– Cook for 15 minutes and squash through a sieve.
– Transfer the pulp back into the pan and add an equal amount of sugar to it.
– Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
– Turn the flame off and squeeze half a lime juice in it and stir.
– Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool down.
