एका रताळ्यामध्ये 15 टक्के फायबर असते, असे प्रसिद्ध आहारतज्ज्ञ नतालिओ रिझो म्हणतात. हे आपल्या आतड्याच्या आरोग्यासाठी आवश्यक आहे असे म्हटले जाते. ते खाल्ल्याने अन्न सहज पचते आणि बद्धकोष्ठतेची समस्या दूर होते.

250 gms Amaranth, Water Chestnut, Barnyard Millet & Sago Flour
2 Sweet Potatoes (grated & soaked)
1 Potato (boiled & mashed)
½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Rock Salt (as per taste)
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
Water (as required)
Water (for greasing)
¼ tsp Ghee
Ghee (as required)
