Ingredients:-
For Batter
2 cups Superfine Semolina
1 cup Maida
Curd
Salt to taste

Topping:
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt
Red Chilli powder
Oil

Method:-
In a bowl add semolina, maida, curd and bring it to the desired consistency. See to it that there are no lumps formed.
Add salt to the batter, mix it and keep it aside.
Heat a pan, add a ladle full of batter and spread it circular.
Sprinkle some onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder on the amboli.
Press all the ingredients on the amboli with the help of a spatula.
Spread oil on all sides of the amboli.
Once its done, flip it over , spread some more oil on the pan.
Cook the amboli on high flame.
Our Amboli is ready.
