आज अर्चना ताई घेऊन आल्या आहेत झणझणीत टोमॅटोचा ठेचा रेसिपी!

ठेचा is a very popular and famous side dish prepared in Maharashtra which is served with vegetable for extra flavour! Kolhapuri Thecha is well-known throughout. टोमॅटो ठेचा – Tomato Chutney has a mouth-watering spicy and tangy taste. You can serve this Tomato Thecha with Chapati / Roti as a side dish or you can even have it with rice!

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– 2-3 Red Chillies (soaked)
– 300 gms Tomato (chopped)
– Salt
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
