Ok first I thank you mam for the recipe. I understood most of the recipe but am not so sure about the cooking time. is it the first 5 minutes on medium high heat, poke it with a fork and then about 15 to 20 minutes on medium low. Am I correct? I can only understand English and 2 other European languages. Am not so sure if I understood the ending. Thanks. Keep it up .
