No Gelatin, No Agar Agar. Mango Pudding😋 Recipe
Ingredients
1. Mango Pulp-2 cups
2. Corn flour-1/4th cup
3. Milk/Water-1/4th cup
4. Sugar-1/2 cup(As per Taste)
No need of AGAR AGAR or GELATIN powder but you can prepare a delicious mango pudding. Take puree of a mango as shown in the video. Better to filter the puree while transforming to a separate bowl to avoid any crystals. Take the mango puree with a kind of measurement there by it becomes easy to take other ingredients in a perfect way. I used 2 cups of mango puree here. For this quantity I added 1/4 corn flour( corn starch) and same quantity milk or water (as your wish). Mix it well and add to the mango puree. Add sugar as per the sweetness of mango and your taste preferences. On medium flame with continuous mixing(stirring) cook for 10 to 12 min just to get the thick consistency. Want to test its readiness, take a drop of content on the plate and bend the plate, if the content is not getting to downwards and stick to the surface, yes it is ready. After the flame off also until the content gets room temperature continue stirring not to form a layer on the pudding. Then take the content to the shapes and freeze them up to it gets a jelly texture. Now it is absolutely ready to enjoy.
