Palathalikalu(పాలతాలికలు) recipe in telugu-home made jaggery palathalikalu -Traditional rice sweet

Description :

Pala thalikalu is a traditional & healthy sweet item with rice flour. palathalikalu is made with rice flour, ghee, milk & jaggery. ,palathalikalu is a famous Telugu Street in India.

Required ingredients.

1. wet or dry rice flour – 100 gram
2. sugar/ grated jaggery to taste.
3. milk – 1/2 litre
4. cardamoms – 5
5. dry fruits
6. moong dal -2tsp
7. ghee -2tsp.
8. rice Rava -2tsp.
9.water-200ml.

preparation.

1.Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add water.
2. once the water is start boiling add ghee (or) butter.
3. add rice flour and mix itwell.
4. stir it, knead it into smooth dough.
5. Turn off the flame, let it cool down completely.
6. knead the dough once & take a small ball and Roll It.
7. Take them into a separate plate.
8. Not to stick each other.
9. Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add ghee.
10. add dry fruits, fry it. Till it turns golden brown.
11. Take it out from the ghee.
12. add moong dal and fry it few seconds on low flame.
13. add milk reduce the flame to medium.
14. add rice & mix it, and boil milk on medium flame.
15. once the milk is boil add rice rolls/ noodles . mix it
16. 1/2 cover the pan and cook it 5 minutes on medium flame.
17. after 5 minutes remove the lid. and mix it once.
18. add cardamom powder and jaggery or sugar.
19. 1/2 cover the pan and cook it 2 minutes on low flame.
20. after 2 minutes the sweet is ready turn off the flame.
21. sweet palathalikalu (or) sweet rice noodles are ready to serve.
22. Take a serving plate & garnish with dry fruits.
