Description :

Ingredients

1.Onion-1
2. Ginger-3inch
3.Garlic clove-12-15
4.Tomato-1
5. Dry red chillies-5
6.White vinegar-2tsp
7.cooking oil-2tsp
8.sugar-1tsp
9.salt to taste

Method.
1. soak the dry red chillis in vinegar for 3-4minutes.
2. Turn on the flame,heat a pan & add oil.
3. let the oil heat,add onion,garlic & ginger, fry it for 2minutes on low flame.
4. add tomato,cook the tomato for another 2minutes on low flame.
5 .Turn off the flame, Let it cool down.
6. Take it out in a grainding jar & add soaked dry red chillis along with the vinegar.
7. add sugar & salt,Graind it into smooth paste(do not add water)
8. Chutney is ready(serve it with Momos/any paratha)
