Home made Red chilli sauce in telugu-schezwan sauce recipe-Red chilli sauce recipe- by renukathoka

Red chili sauce is a spicy sauce used in, fried rice, snacks ,noodles extra. the basic ingredients for this sauce dry red chilli, garlic & ginger.this is a very easy and simple recipe.

Required ingredients.
1. dry Red Chillies-50gm
2. chopped garlic- 15
3. chopped Ginger -3 inch
4. tomato ketchup -2 tsp
5. dark soya sauce- 2 tsp
6. white vinegar- 2 tsp
7. salt- 1 tsp
8. cooking oil -6tsp(30gm)

preparation

1. you may discard the seeds( optional)
2. soak the red chilli in water for 30 minutes.
3. after 30 minutes, put the soaked red chilli in grinding jar.
4. add a little water if needed grind it.
5. smooth red chilli paste is ready.
6. Turn on the flame ,heat a Pan and add oil.
7. once oil is heat reduce the flame to medium.
8. add chopped garlic and chopped Ginger fry it few seconds on medium flame.
9. add red chilli paste& mix it well.
10. cover the pan and cook it 8 minutes on low flame.
11. after 8 minutes open the lid and stir it.
12. add water-1/2 glass(100ml) and stir it well.
13. add white vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and salt, mix it well.
14. cover the pan and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.
15. after 15 minutes open the lid, mix it once.
16. spicy red chili sauce or schezwan sauce is ready.
17. Turn off the flame let it cool down completely.
18. take it out in a bowl or jar, store it in a airtight jar .
19. consume it upto 1 month(keep refrigerator).
