this is quick&easy bread pizza,in this bread pizza recipe,I have shown how to make instant pizza using bread&how to make instant pizza sauces,This bread pizza recipe by Renukathoka vantalu can also be made without oven.
Ingrediants;
White bread slices-2
Mozzarella cheese(grated)-50gm
chopped onion-1
chopped capsicum-1/2
grated carrot-1
chopped tomatos-1/2
red chilli flakes-1/4tsp
mixed herb-1/4tsp
black pepper powder-1/4tsp
salt to taste
butter/olive oil-1tsp
red chilli sauce/schezwan chutney-1tsp
Tomato sauce-2tsp
Preparation;
In a bowl,add chopped vegetables & red chilli flakes,mixed herb, black pepper powder,salt & mix it properly, pizza toping is ready,
Preparation of Instant pizza sauce;
In a bowl ,add red chilli sauce/schezwan chutney,Tomato ketchup,mixed herb&mix it well,Instant pizza sauce is ready.
Put bread slice in a plate,apply prepared sauce on the bread slices ,LIKE THIS,Put the prepread mixture on the top of bread slices,spread the grated cheese on top of the bread,
Turn on the flame, heat a pan& add butter/olive oil-1tsp& spread it, once pan is heated reduce the flame, put the bread slices on heat pan,cover the pan & cook it 10 minutes on low flame ,After 10 minutes Easy&Quick bread pizza is ready to serve.
