Bulk cooking or large quantities of food preparation is a bit tricky. The first challenge we face here is quantity of ingredients. Here we are presenting quantities and ingredients.
1. Besan flour (sanaga pindi) 5kgs
2. sugar (5kgs)
3. Oil (5ltrs) but here oil consumption is only 1.5 to 2 ltrs only. The remaining oil will remain in kadai.
4. Ilachi 50 grams ( Yalukalu)
5. dry fruits as per your choice ( you may take cashew, kiss miss, badam nuts and so on)
The process of making is same event if it is 1kg or 5 kg.
Firstly, prepare batter as shown in the video, consistency of batter is a bit important to have texture and shape and color too.
secondly for laddu making bundi should not be fried that much it should be up to 90%.
