2. Sugar-1&1/2 cup
3.water-1&1/2 cup(for sugar syrup)
4.Hot oil-3tbsp
5.Corn flour2tbsp
6. Oil for deep fry
7. Cardamom powder

Preparation Method
* Hi Friends, Wellcome to Renuka Vantalu.
* To Day Recipe, Perfect Chitti Madatha kajalu with Simple Tips & Trikes.
* Add Maida-1 &1/2 Cup(1 cup=250gm) in a Mixing bowl
* Add a pinch of salt.
* Hot Oil/Ghee/Dalda-3tbsp(Hot oil helps to spreed layers)
* Add Little bit of water at a time, make a soft dough.
* Knead it for 2 minuts
* Leave it for 20 minutes
* add sugar-1&1/2 cup & water-1&1/2 cup
*Sugar melt it on High flame
* Once sugar dissolve completely, Reduce the flame on medium
* Boil the Sugar syrup for 10 minutes on medium flame.
