THANKS FOR CURD RICE COMPANION RECIPE. YOU REMINDED ME OF MY CHILDHOOD WHEN GRANDMA USED TO MAKE THESE SOUR-N-SPICY FRIED PICKLE & I USED TO SIT BESIDE HER LICKING THE CURD.
