सूजी का बिस्कुट / Suji ka Biscuit
Ingrediants…
1. Butter -100gms
2. Vanilla Essense -1/4ts
3. Salt -pinch
4. Powder Sugar -1/2cup
5. Suji /Rava /Samolina -1cup
6. Maida -1cup
7. Milk -1tb
8. Cocoa powder -11/2tb
9. Salt -11/2cup

Method…
Take a bowl add Butter and beat for 2-3min.add Vanilla essense ,Salt, Powder Sugar mix it well..add suji mix, add maida and milk and knead till semi soft dough… make same size 2balls.. take one ball add coco powder and knead it again..
Then make equal size rectangle roll and cover with cling film..keep roll in freezer for 20 min. then remove the cling film and cut into the 3 parts both roll..and make a colour sandwich… do same process again and cut into the picese…
Take a cooker add salt stand and preheat for 15min in slow flame…don’t put whistle..
keep aluminium plate, butter paper and biscuits cover and bake for 20-25 min. in medium flame..by the time first batch is getting bake in cooker…& Keep rest of the Pieces in Fridge …cool it completley then store in air tight container n enjoy this in Breakfast along with Tea…
