Mishti Doi Recipe In Cooker
Ingrediants….
1. Curd -400ml
2. Fresh Cream -200ml
3. Condense Milk -100ml
4. Grated Jaggery /Gud -1/2cup
5. Elaichi powder /Cardamom powder -1/4ts
6. Cinnemon powder /Dalchini powder -1/4ts
7. Water -2 & 1/2 glass
Method….
1. Take strainer and bowl, put curd in strainer and keep for 2hr..
2. In a bowl add Hung Curd, Fresh cream, Condense Milk, Grated Jaggery mix everything till mixture get smooth and little thick…
3. Then add Elaichi powder, Cinnemon powder and mix it again… our mixture is ready.
4. Take Ceramic bowl add mixture, tap and cover with silver foil..
5. Take cooker Vessel…keep curd bowl add 1/2glass water.
6. Now Take cooker keep stand and add 2glass water, keep cooker vessel cover without whistle… gas on keep flame in low and cook for 40-45min…
7. Then remove silver foil and cool in room temp. then keep 1hr. in fridge.. and serve cold…
