Ingrediants…
1. Wheat flour -2cup
2. Instant Dry Yeast -1ts
3. Sugar -1/2ts
4. Salt to Taste
5. Oil -1tb
6. Warm Water -1cup
7. Boil Potato -3
8. Garlic Cloves -3
9. Green Spring Onion -1/4cup
10. Grated Cheese -1/4cup
11. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
12. Red Chilli flex -1/2ts
13. Corriander Powder -1ts
14. Jeera/Cumin -1/2ts
15. Ghee/Clarified Butter

Method….
For Dough… Take a bowl add Wheat flour, Dry Instant Yeast, Sugar, Salt to taste, Oil and mix it.. add Warm Water and knead it soft dough.. cover and set aside to double in size..
For Stuffing… Take a bowl add grated boil Potato, grated Garlic, Green Spring Onion, Grated cheese, Haldi, Red chili flex, Salt to taste, Coriander powder, Jeera and mix it well add 1ts Water and make mashy smooth mixture..
Take a dough , knead it, make equal size of loi cover, keep in 10 min. for side.. then roll it like chapati, spraed aloo mixture and cover it nicely.. heat a tawa, keep flame on medium and fry the paratha both side, apply ghee and our tasty Healthy Mughlai Paratha is ready to eat..
