Soya pockets /Easy Breakfast & Snacks Recipe
Ingrediants…
1. Soya granules -1cup
2. Jeera -1/2ts
3. Onion -1
4. Ginger paste -1 ts
5. Garlic paste -1ts
6. Tomato -1
7. Matar /Peas -50 gms
8. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
9. Red chili powder -1/2ts
10. Corriander powder -1ts
11. Garam masala -1/2ts
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil
14. Milk -1cup
15. Wheat flour dough
16. Water -3cup
Method….
Take a pan add Soya granules and water, pinch of salt and cook for 2min in high flame… then drain the all water, wash 2-3times and squeez the soya.. keep it side..
Take a pan add 2tb Oil, Jeera, Onion, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Tomato, Matar saute . then add Haldi, Red chili powder, Corriander powder, Garam masala, salt to taste and mix it.. add Milk mix . add cook soya granules mix it well then cover and cook for 15min. in low flame till Soya Veg kheema get dry..
Take wheat flour dough make loi and roll it. cut in rectangle shape then stuff and press the edges and lock properly.. then this pocket deep fri in hot Oil in low to medium flame..our healthy tasty soya pockets ready to eat..
