Ingredient
Curd 1Cup
Suji /Rava /Samolina 1Cup
Wheat Flour 1/4Cup
Onion 1/4Cup
Carrot 1/4Cup
Capsicum 1/4Cup
Cauliflower 1/4Cup
Corriander 1ts
Curry Leaf 10-12
Salt as per taste
Cumin 1ts
Black Pepper 1/2ts
Water 3/4Cup
Oil for Greesing
Method
In a Bowl ,Take Curd Suji/Rava and Wheat flour ..Mix it well….add little bit of water and again mix it …then add chopped onin,chopped carrot,chopped capsicum,boiled and chopped Cauliflower,chopped Corrieder,cury leaf,salt,cumin,black pepper and water ..make a semi liquid batter…rest it for 10-15 min.
greese pan with oil…make big size cheela or small small size pancake…fry both side for 2-3min. in low to medium flame..Our tasty and healthy Suji Cheela and Suji Pancake is ready to eat
