Ingredient
1. Egg 5
2. Red Chilli Powder 1tb
3. Turmeric 1/2ts
4. Cumin Powder 1/4ts
5. Corriander Powder 1/2tb
6. Garam Masala 1/2ts
7. Salt
8. Black Pepper
9. Water 2tb
10. Oil 2tb+1ts
11. Corriander
Method
Make a Paste
Take Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric,Cumin Powder,Corriander Powder, Garam Masala , Corriander and Add 2tb water and Make a Paste
In a Idli Stand take eggs add salt and pepper..Then Steam Egg for 8-10 min.
When this Steam Egg Cool Down cover it with paste and fry for 1-2min. in a pan ..Our Healthy & Chatpata Egg Breakfast is Ready to serve
