Ingrediants…
1. Poha /Flattened Rice /Chivda -1cup
2. Urad daal /Black Gram -1/4cup
3. Dshi /Curd -1/2cup
4. Corriander -1tb
5. Green Chili -2 small
6. Ginger -1inch
7. GarlicClove -4
8. Salt to taste
9. Water -1cup
10. Oil 2-3 Drops
11. Onion
12. Tomato
13. Capsicum

Method….
Take a mixi jar add Poha, Soak Urad daal, Curd, Corriander, Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic, salt to taste, and water and grind fine batter… heat a pan, grease with oil, keep flame on low to medium..make small pan cakes add chop Onion, Tomato, capsicum, sprinkle some oil and cook both side till pan cake cook well and veg cook in crunchy..our tasty n healthy Poha Pancake is ready in Just 5 minute .
