Lauki ki Idli /Lauki Idli
Ingrediants…
1. Rava /Samolina -1cup
2. Wheat flour -1/2cup
3. Besan /Gram flour -1/2cup
4. Bottle gourd / Lauki -1cup
5. Onion -1
6. Carrot -1/4cup
7. Salt to taste
8. Ginger -1ts
9. Chilli -1
10. Til /Sesame seed -1tb
11. Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts
12. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
13. Ajwain /Carrom seed -1/2ts
14. Hing /Asafoetida -1/2ts
15. Baking soda -1/4ts
16. Corriander -2ts
17. Oil -2ts
18. Lemon -1/2
19. Water -1 1/2glass
Method..
Take a bowl add Rava , wheat flour, Besan, grated Lauki, grated Onion,Grated Carrot,Salt to taste, Ginger, Chilli, Til, Haldi, Jeera,Sugar, Ajwain, Hing,Baking soda, Corriander,Oil, Lemon and mix it well..
Take a Idli cooker..Add water and boil it…Fill the idli Pan with batter then properly set it…put in Idli Cooker…and Cover it for 15-20min.
Your Lauki ki Idli is ready to eat in breakfast…
Lauki Dosa
Ingrediants…..
1. Bottle gourd skin or peel / Lauki
2. Corriander -1/2bunch
3. Garlic Clove -3
4. Green Chili -1
5. Ginger -1inch pc
6. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
7. Salt to taste
8. Soak Rice -1cup
9. Soak Urad daal /Black gram -1tb
10. Water -1/2cup
11. Grated Bottle gourd -1/4cup
12. Oil
13. Grated Carrot
14. Onion
15. Chat masala Pinch
Method……
Take Rice and Urad daal and soak in 1hr. for seprate bowl then drain the water…
Take Bottle gourd wash and peel…In a mixer jar add Bottle gourd skin, corriander, Garlic, Chilli, Ginger, Jeera, Salt to taste, soak rice , soak urad daal, and water grind in fine paste…
Transfer into the bowl add grated Bottle gourd and mix it..
Take dosa pan grease with oil keep flame in low spread batter like dosa… sprinkle Onion, carrot, chat masala and littil oil.. keep flame in medium to high turn and cook both side.. our healthy n Tasty Breakfast is ready…
