Ingrediants…
1. Palak /Spinach -1/2bunch
2. Chana daal -1Cup
3. Salt to taste
4. Ginger paste -1ts
5. Garlic paste -1ts
6. Corriander
7. Water
8. Dry Red chilli -2
9. Dhaniya/Corriander powder -1/2ts
10. Jeera/Cumin -1ts
11. Rice flour -2ts
12. Oil
13. Garlic -1tb
14. Onion -1
15. Soya sauce -1ts
16. Vinegar -1ts
17. Red chilli sauce -1/2ts
18. Green chilli sauce -1/2ts
19. Tomato sauce -2tb
20. Mix Capsicum -1cup
21. Cherry Tomato -7/8

Method..
In a mixi jar add soaked Chana daal, Red chilli sauce, salt to taste, ginger paste, garlic paste, Corriander, 1tb water and make course paste. then add Palak, dhaniya powder, jeera, rice four and mix it well. make balls and deep fry into the hot Oil in medium flame.
For Manchurian.. In a kadhai add 2tb Oil, chop garlic,Onion saute, then add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and 1/4cup water mix and boil, then add green, yellow, red capsicum, cherry tomato, salt to taste and fried balls, toss it.. and coat nicely..sprinkle corriander.. our tasty mouthwatering Palak Manchurian ready to eat.
