Sevaiyan/Vermicelli/Sweet Sevaiyan/Sewai recipe in hindi

Ingrediants…
1. Roasted Sevaiyan /Vermicelli -200gram
2. Water -3glass
3. Ghee -2tb
4. Elaichi -5
5. Dalchini -2 pieces
6. Milk -250 ltr.
7. Sugar -300 gram
8. Mava /Khoya -200gram
9. Dry fruits

Method…
Heat a water in vessal .. take muslin/Cotton cloth keep rosted sevaiyan and tightly tie it. then this Potli deep it 3times and keep it side.. Take a kadai keep flame in medium flame..add ghee, Elaichi, Dalchini , milk, and sugar mix it well. once boil comes add Mava and dry fruits mix it well… mixture get thick then add cook sevaiyan and mix it well..keep mixing till mixture will dry.. then gas off .. garnish with some dry fruits.. and serve it..
