Ingrediants..
1. Brown bread -6 Slice
2. Suji /Rava /Samolina -1/2cup
3. Wheat flour -2tb
4. Curd -1/2cup
5. Ginger -1inch
6. Water -3/4cup
7. Tomato
8. Onion
9. Capsicum
10. Boil Corn
11. Grated Carrot
12. Corriander
13. Salt to taste
14. Red chili flex -1/2ts
15. Oil
Method…
Take a bread slice cut the edges and cut into pieces, Now in a mixi jar put Bread , Samolina,Wheat flour,Curd,Ginger,water and grind fine batter.Then this batter transfer into the bowl add Tomato, Onion, Capsicum,Boil Corn, Carrot,Corriander, salt to taste, Red chilli flex and mix it well. Heat a pan in medium flame, grease oil, and make uttapam add veges and fry 2-2min both side. our tasty healthy and crunchy Bread Uttapam ready.
