Wheat Flour Upma /Ukadpendi
Ingrediants…
1. Wheat flour -1cup
2. Ghee /Clarified Butter -3tb
3. Rai /Mustard Seeds-1ts
4. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
5. Green chili -1
6. Curry leaf -7/10
7. Garlic paste -1/2ts
8. Dry Red chili -2
9. Hing /Asafoetida -1/4ts
10. Corriander
11. Onion -1
12. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
13. Red chili powder -1/2ts
14. Dry Mango powder -1ts
15. Salt to taste
16. Water -1 1/2Cup

Method….
1. Take a pan add dry Wheat flour and roast for 2min. in low flame…then keep it side.
2. Take a kadhai, add Ghee, Rai, Jeera, green chili, Curry leaf, Garlic paste, Dried red chili, Hing and fry in medium flame. add 1tb Corriander, Onion and saute till onion become soft, then add Haldi, Red chilli powder, Amchur powder and mix it. then keep flame on low add roasted ata and mix in 5min. add salt to taste..then add Hot water mix it nicely..then add corriander, and cover for 2min. in low flame.our tasty wheat flour upma is ready…
