Ingrediants..
1. Badam /Almond -1/4cup
2. Kaju/Cashewnut-1/4cup
3. Pista-1/4cup
4. Akrod/Walnut-1/4cup
5. Til /Seasome seed -2tb
6. Anjeer /Fig -5
7. Khajur /Dates -250gms
8. Ghee -2tb
Method…
In a mixi jar add Badam, Kaju,Pista, walnut, Til grind coursly, then add Fig, seedless khajur, Ghee and again grind.. take a mould and cover with plastic wrap pour all mixture and press it tightly. keep in 2hr in fridge. then cut into picese and store in air tight container..our healthy Energy bar is ready.
