Ingrediants…
1. Maida /Refined Flour -1 +1/4cup
2. Cocoa Powder -2tb
3. Baking soda 1/2ts
4. Baking powder -1/2ts
5. Powder Sugar -1cup
6. Cinnamon powder/Dalchini powder -1/4ts
7. Oil -1/4cup
8. Milk -1cup
9. Lemon -1/2ts
10. Red food colour -1/2ts

Method…
Take a bowl and strainer add Maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder,powder sugar and strain then add cinnamon powder mix. add oil, milk, lemon juice, Red food colour,vanilla essense and mix it well and make nice pouring shiny batter. take a Idli cooker spread salt cover and preheat for 5min. in medium flame. take idli mould grease with oil and fill the mould only half of it with batter. tap it. then keep in idli cooker cover and bake for 15-20min. in low flame till cake bake well. then cool it and demould the cake.decorate with whipped cream. chocolate springs and tutti frutti. our Instant New Year cake ready to Serve.
