Leftover Rice Ki Sabzi /Bache Hue Chawal ki Sabji

Ingrediants…
1. Leftover Rice -1/2bowl
2. Red chilli powder -11/2ts
3. Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts
4. Salt to taste
5. Oil
6. Pudina /Mint leaves -10/12
7. Dry coconut -1/4cup
8. Peanut -1tb
9. Til /Sesame seeds -1tb
10. Green cardamom /Elaichi -2
11. Black Cardamom /Masala Elaichi-1
12. Dhaniya /corriander seeds -1ts
13. Laung /Cloves -4
14. Dalchini /Cinnamon -1
15. Black pepper /Kali Mirch-1/2ts
16. Onion -1
17. Garlic -5
18. Ginger -1inch
19. Corriander
20. Rai / Mustared seed -1/2ts
21. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
22. Curry leaves -10/15
23. Water -1glass
Method…
1. Take a pan add Dry Coconut, Peanut, Til, Black and Green Elaichi, Dhaniya, Dalchini, Laung, Black papper and roast for 1min. and keep it side. take a same pan add 1ts oil, add Onoin, Garlic, Ginger and fry till its get brown.. keep side and cool down.. then take a mixi jar add roasted masala , corriander, 4tb water and grind well…
2. Take a leftover Rice and grind.. add into this 11/2tb grinded masala paste, 1/2ts Red chilli powder, 1/4ts Haldi, salt to taste and Pudina mix it well, then grease hand with oil and make a balls then coat with dry rice flour and keep it in fridge for 10min. then deep fry this balls in medium flame for 3min.
3. Take a kadhai add 2tb Oil, keep flame in medium, add Rai, Jeera, curryleaves mix it. then add grinded masala paste and fry well add 1/4ts Haldi, 1ts Red chilli powder and mix it.add Hot water and bring it to one boil. add salt to taste mix it then add fried balls coat well. sprinkle corriander and serve hot…Leftover Rice /Chawal ki Sabji is ready to serve…
