Ingrediants…
1. Poha /Flatened Rice -2cup
2. Ghee -1tb
3. Rai /Mustered Seeds -1ts
4. Onion -1
5. Roasted Peanut powder -1tb
6. Dry Coconut Grated -1tb
7. Corriander -1tb
8. Sugar -1/2ts
9. Garam Masala -1/2ts
10. Red Chilli Flex -1ts
11. Salt to taste
12. Curd -6tb
13. Water -1/2cup

Method…
Dry roast the poha for 30sec-1min. in medium flame, then grind coursly powder.
take a kadhai add Ghee, Rai, Onion, Roasted peanut powder, Dry coconut,Corriander,Sugar,Garam Masala,Red chilli flex mix it add poha powder,Salt to taste,Curd,Water mix it well, gas off. take a cake mould grease with oil and pour all the poha mixture.set and cool it for 10min.then cut into pieces.
You can store it for one week in fridge ..whever you want remove from fridge ..Take a pan add 1ts Ghee and shallow both side for 1-1min.ang apply ghee other side also…. fry till it become crispy.
