Poha idli /Stuffed Poha Idli

Ingrediants…
1. Thick Poha/ Flat rice -1cup
2. Urad daal / Skinless split-2tb
3. Idli Rava / Semolina -1cup
4. Curd -1cup
5. Salt to taste
6. Water -1cup
7. Oil -1tb
8. Rai / Mustard seeds -1/4ts
9. Jeera /Cumin -1/4ts
10. Hing / Asafoetida -pinch
11. Corriander -1tb
12. Haldi/Turmeric -1/4 ts
13. Boiled mashed Potato -2

Method…
Firstly Poha and Urad daal wash and soak for 10 min. then urad daal grind in fine paste.. then mash soak poha add Idli rava, curd, urad daal paste,salt to taste and mix it. add water and mix it well, and keep it side for 30min..
For stuffing – take a pan add Oil, Rai, Jeera, Hing, Corriander, Haldi, salt to taste and mix add mash potato and mix it well.. cool the mixture and make a patties.
after 30 min. take idli batter add 1/2cup water mix it..
take a idli mould grease with oil and feel the batter half , keep patties and caot with batter , tap .. heat a 11/2glass water in steamer. keep idli mould and cover . cook in medium flame for 15 min.. cool it .. and serve this healthy and tasty.. Stuffed Poha idli… with chutney and sambar…
