Ingrediants…
1. Onion -1
2. Maida /Refined Flour -1 &1/2cup
3. Oil -1/4cup
4. Jeera -1/2ts
5. Salt to taste
6. Ajwaine /Carrom seeds-1ts
7. Red chilli flex -1/2ts
8. Water -1/2cup
Method..
In a pan add Oil and Onion , fry till nice brown colour comes, then keep it side.
In a bowl add Maida, Jeera, Salt to taste, Ajwaine, Red chili flex, 2ts Oil and add water and knead a semi tight dough, apply oil cover and rest for 5min. then again knead and roll it , make 4loi, take 1loi roll it like roti, cut half stripes apply Oil , roll twist and streach, tap it then make circles press it and roll it. Take a pan heat a Oil and keep the parathas cover and cook it 2-2min in both side in low flame, then cook in medium flame till crispy both side without lid. our Onion Afgani paratha ready to eat.
