Easy Sabudana Dosa /Sago Dosa
Ingredient
Sago / Sabudana 1/2Cup
Sama Rice / Vrat ka Chawal 1Cup
Dahi / Curd 1Cup
Salt as per taste
Cumin 1ts
Corriander 1tb
Water 2 Cup
Ghee 1ts
Method
Grind Soaked Sabudana, sama rice& Dahi…after grinding finely remove in bowl…add salt,cumin & corriander mix it well….add water and mix it nicely
Take Dosa Pan heat it on high flame….when it is hot…pour dosa batter…apply some ghee on top of it…after 2min. it is ready…take out in plate our healthy and tasty sabudana dosa is ready…to eat
