Ingredients
1. Potato 1/2kg.
2. Bread Slice
3. Mustered Seeds 1ts
4. Cumin 1ts
5. Fenugreek Seeds 1/4ts
6. Corriander Seeds 1tb
7. Asafoetida 1/4ts
8. Green Chilli 2
9. Ginger Garlic Paste 1tb
10.Turmeric 1ts
11. Corriander 1tb
12. Salt as per taste
13. Chick peas Flour 1Cup
14. Water
15. Oil
Method
First Make Tadka…Take Oil, put Mustered Seeds,Cumin,fenugreek seeds,corriander seeds,Asafoetida,green chilli,Ginger Garlic Paste Turmeric & Corriander ..keep it to cool it down.
Then Take Boiled Potato add salt and Tadka Mixtue…and Mash it Nicely…Stuffing is ready.
For Batter Take Chickpea Flour add Salt and little little water and make Semi Liquid Batter Consistency
Now Take Bread cot into circle fill with stuffing…coat with Batter and in medium flame fry till golden brown color comes…Our Tasty Bread Aloo Pakoda Sandwich is ready to serve in Iftar Snacks
