Ingredient
1.Orange Skin of 2 Oranges
2.Sugar 1/2Cup
3.Water 1/2cup
4.Desicated Coconut 1/2Cup
5.Powder Sugar 1/2Cup

Process
First keep 1lts. of water to Boil…Now Peel & Remove Orange skin . Cut into long & thin strips . Now Boil Orange Peel /Skin for 6min…Remove it wash with fresh water…do this process twice if you want less bitterness….Take a pan add Sugar and water in same quantity…when sugar get melted add orange skin/peel into it..mix it….Now boil it for 10 min. then again turn it and mix it again boil for 10 min. with closed lid in slow flame….after 10 min…cook in high flame for another 5min…Remove it and let it cool for 2 min. Now make powder of Sugar and desicated coconut..mix it well….Coat Orange peel /skin well…and keep in frigde for 2hours…and Orange Peel Candy with Coconut Flavour is ready to eat…
