Ingrediants…
1. Red Masoor daal /Split Red Lentil -1cup
2. Chana daal /Split Bengal Gram -1cup
3. Red chilli powder -1ts
4. Jeera/Cumin powder -1ts
5. Salt to taste
6. Garlic paste -1ts
7. Water -1/4cup
8. Baking soda -1/2ts
9. Corriander -1tb
10. Onion -1cup
11. Oil

Method…
Red Masoor daal and Chana daal soak sepreatly in water for 3hr..then drain the water..
take mixer jar add Red Masoor daal , Chana daal, Red chilli powder, Jeera powder, Salt to taste, Garlic paste add Water and grind coarsly.. then transfer into the bowl, add Baking soda and wisk it for 2min. add corriander mix it. add Onion and mix well…
1.For Pakoda
Heat a Oil, keep flame on medium and deep fry the pakoda till nice golden brown colours comes.. its Crispy and tasty pakoda ready

For Phulki
Take nonstick pan add 2ts oil, keep phulki and shelow fry both side in low to medium flame..nice golden colour comes.. its ready..
pakoda is crispy and Phulki is soft.. so one batter and 2recipes are ready
