Chatpata Masala Chana chaat
Ingrediants..
1. Black Chana / Chick peas -1cup
2. Hing -1/4ts
3. Ginger paste-1ts
4. Garlic paste -1ts
5. Oil -3tb
6. Haldi -1/2ts
7. Kashmiri Red chilli powder -1ts
8. Garam masala -1/2ts
9. Jeera/Cumin powder -1/2ts
10. Dhaniya /Corriander powder -1/2ts
11. Salt to taste
12. Onion -4
13. Chana Masala 1/2ts
14. Water -1glass
15. Baking soda -1/4ts

Method…
Take chana and soak in water for overnight..then drain the water..
Take cooker add Oil, keep flame in medium, add Hing, Ginger paste, Garlic paste mix for 30sec., add soak chana, Haldi, Kashmiri Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, salt to taste and mix it well, add julian cut Onion, Chana masala mix.., add water and keep flame in high and bring one boil, add Baking soda cover and whistle 5 in high flame then keep flame on low and make 2whistle… cool add corriander .. its done .. garnish with raw Onion , Tomato, Corriander, Chaat masala. lemon and green chilli.. ..Out tasty chatpata masala chana chaat is ready to serve
