Ingrediants..
1. Poha/Flattened Rice -1cup
2. Matar /Grean Peas -1/2cup
3. Aloo / Potato -3
4. Peanut Powder -1/4cup
5. Amchur Powder -1/4ts
6. Red chilli powder -1/2ts
7. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
8. Green Chilli -1
9. Jeera /Cumin -1ts
10. Lemon juice -1/2ts
11. Salt to taste
12. Corriander -1tb
13. Cornflour -5tb
14. Maida -2tb
15. Oil
Method..
Recipe No : 1 Poha Lollipop
In a bowl add Soaked poha, Boiled peas, Boiled and Mashed Potato,Peanut powder, Amchur, Red chilli powder,Haldi,Green chilli,Jeera,Lemon, Salt to taste,Corriander mix add 3tb Cornflour mix it and make balls. Take a small bowl add Maida, 2tb Cornflour, 1/4ts Red chilli powder,Pinch salt, and water make semi thick batter.. coat balls in batter and deep fry in hot oil. flame keep in medium flame and fry light golden brown colour comes.. serve with tasty Matar Lollipop with Schezwan Chutney…
Recipe No: 2 Poha Veg Kabab
Take a toothpick and a small quantity of mixture and give a seekh kebab shape and deep fry in hot oil. flame keep in medium flame and fry light golden brown colour comes.. serve this tasty Poha Veg kabab with pudina chutney,,,
Recipe No: 3 Poha Veg Tikki /Cutlet
Take a Mixture give it a tikki or cutlet shape…keep flame on midium and deep frt it…
You can serve it in Iftar During Ramzan Month…it is easy to prepare and tasty to eat.
