चावल के बिस्कुट जिन्हें बेक करने की जरूरत नहीं है आप आसानी से रोज़ बनाकर खा सकतें हैं /Diwali Special /Rice Masala Biscuit /Rice Namkeen Biscuit
Ingrediants…
1. Rice flour -2cup
2. Water -2cup
3. Red chilli powder -1/2ts
4. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
5. Ajwain /Carrom Seeds -1ts
6. Hing/Asafoetida -1/4ts
7. Salt to taste
8. Black sesame Seeds /Kale Til -1ts
9. Moong dal -50gms
10. Oil

Method….
Take a pan add Water, Red chilli powder, Jeera, Ajwain, Hing,Salt to taste,Black Til, Soaked Moong dal, Oil 1tb mix and boil add slowly Rice flour and mix it well in low flame.. transfer into the plate slightly cool it down, then knead it Semi soft dough, Take a small loi give a Biscuit shape..
Heat a Oil and deep fry the rings in medium flame till nice golden brown colour comes.. our tasty and crispy cruncy namkeen Rice Biscuit is ready..Store in air tight container and Enjoy your Diwali.
