Ingrediants…
1. Rice flour -1cup
2. Salt to taste
3. Onion -1cup
4. Roasted Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
5. Red chilli flex -1ts
6. Corriander -1/2cup
7. Water -3/4cup
8. Oil -1tb
Method..
Take a bowl add Rice flour, salt to taste, Roasted jeera, onion, red chilli flex, corriander and water mix it well and make soft sticky dough.
Take a pan add oil and keep rice flour mixture and spread it like roti..keep flame in medium …sprinkle some oil and fry both side till crispy layer comes.. our tasty & Healthy Rice flour roti /Akki Roti is ready to eat.
