Quick and Easy to make with basic ingredient…
Process
Take 4 guava….Peel & Slice it….
In Pan take 1/2ts Black pepper add Cumin 1ts and dry Roast it for 30sec…and grind it in mixer…
Now take 1/4Cup thick Curd mix it…add the 1 ts Masala and salt as per taste…and mix it nice ly..
In kadai take 1ts ghee..keep flame medium to low….add Asafoetida just a pinch add 1/4ts mustard seed and 1 chopped green chilli…mix it and then add (Guava) into it and toss it and mix it….and cover it for 2min. & add 1/4cup water over the lid.
After 2min. add Masala dahi mixture….into it…Mix it…and again cover it for 2min….
After 2min. for flavor add Masala mixture just a pinch over it and serve it with some corrinder and mint leaf….Spicy Dahi (Guava) Chaat /Masala Guava chaat is ready to Eat….
