Ingrediants…
1. Cauliflower/Gobi -250gms
2. Salt to taste
3. Butter -2tb
4. Black pepper -1/2ts
5. Jeera /Cumin powder -1ts
6. Red chilli powder -1ts
7. Amchur /Dry Mango powder -1/2ts
8. Corriander -1tb
9. Wheat flour -1 &1/2cup
10. Homemade Mayonnaise with Recipe Included
Method…
Boil salted water and blanch gobi for 1min. then drain the water and make a paste.
Take a bowl add Gobi paste, Butter, Black pepper, Jeera powder,Red chili powder, Amchur powder, salt to taste, Corriander mix it add Wheat flour and knead a semi soft dough.
keep in side for 15min.
Then make a loi and roll it. Heat a tava and fry the paratha.
Apply Mayonnaise and roll it , cut into the pieces and serve..
