Ingrediants..
1. Wheat flour Dough -1/2cup
2. Water -1cup
3. Besan /Cheakpea flour -1/2cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Fruit salt
6. Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts
7. Corriander -1tb
8. Green Chilli -2
9. Ginger paste -1ts
10. Garlic paste -1ts
11. Oil -1tb
12. Rai /Mustered Seeds -1/4ts
13. Sugar -1ts
14. Lemon -1/2
15. Curry leaves-8/10
Method…
In a mixi jar add Atta Dough, Water, Besan grind in smooth batter. In a bowl add grind batter, Salt to taste, Chili, corriander, Haldi,Ginger paste, Garlic paste,Oil,Fruit salt mix it well. grease the mould with oil, add batter into the mould, heat a water in steamer, keep the mould and steam for 15-20min in medium flame. then demould the dhokla cut into pieces, for tadka take a pan add 1tb Oil, Rai, Chilli, curryleaves, 2tb Water, Sugar, Lemon juice, corriander and mix it well. this flavourfull tadka pour over dhokla… our tasty Gundhe hui aate ka dhokla ready to eat..
