Ingrediants..
1. Carrot -1cup Approx.
2. Curd -1/2cup
3. Black Pepper -1/4ts
4. Salt to taste
5. Water -1/4cup
6. Baking soda -1/4ts
7. Suji/Rava -1cup
8. Capsicum -1/4
9. Onion-1/2
10. Ginger Garlic paste -1/2ts
11. Green chilli -1/2
12. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
13. Chat masala -1/4ts
14. Oil -2-3 Drops
Method…
Take another bowl add Grated Carrot, Chopped Capsicum , Chopped Onion, Garlic Ginger paste,Salt to taste mix and keep a side for 2min.
Take a bowl add Suji, Curd,Black pepper, Salt to taste, Water and Baking soda mix it well and keep it side for 2min.
Then from Carrot Mixture squeeze the excess water, then add chilli,Jeera, chat masala mix and make small balls.
The Squeeze water add into the suji mixture and mix it.
Take a appe pan ,grease with Oil, pour half suji batter keep Carrot ball and again pour and coat well with suji batter. cover and cook for 2min in medium to low flame, sprinkle some oil flip it and again cover and cook for 2min.and its done.Our Tasty and Healthy Carrot Appe is Ready to Serve.
